I acknowledge that Students Who Sit is providing babysitting services for my children.

In consideration of the babysitting services provided by Students Who Sit, I hereby waive, release, and discharge Students Who Sit, its directors, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to the provision of babysitting services, including but not limited to:

• Injury, illness, or harm to the child(ren) under the care of Students Who Sit.
• Loss or damage to personal property belonging to the child(ren) or their guardians.
• Actions or omissions of the babysitter(s) provided by Students Who Sit.

I understand and acknowledge that babysitting involves inherent risks, and that Students Who Sit will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of the child(ren) under their care.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Students Who Sit and its representatives from any claims or liabilities asserted by third parties arising from or related to the babysitting services provided.

By agreeing to our terms and using our services, you are acknowledging and agreeing that all communication, scheduling, and arrangements with our sitters now or in the future will be conducted exclusively through the Students Who Sit platform. This ensures that payments are processed through the platform and not directly from parents to sitters.

I have read this waiver and release of liability and fully understand its terms and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.

Parents Obligations for Bookings:

• Parents must disclose allergies, health conditions, or special needs in advance.
• Parents must return home at the agreed-upon time or update sitter through the platform.
• Zero tolerance for harassment or unsafe conditions.

Parents Acknowledgement of Certifications

• Parents understand and agree that Students Who Sit does not currently verify or maintain records of all certifications or documentation that sitters may list on their profiles (including, but not limited to, driver’s licenses, CPR/First Aid certifications, or other qualifications).
• It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to request, review, and confirm any certifications or documentation they deem necessary before engaging a sitter for services. Students Who Sit are not responsible for the accuracy, validity, or current status of sitter-provided certifications.
