STUDENTS WHO SIT PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy is part of the binding Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) between Students Who Sit, Inc. (“Students Who Sit,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and its users (“Users,” “you,” or “your”). This Privacy Policy governs how the Company collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares personal information in connection with the Students Who Sit website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Please also review the Terms and Conditions for definitions and additional obligations.

Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to an individual, either alone or in combination with other information.

2. Age Requirements

  1. No Users Under Thirteen (13).

    Students Who Sit does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of thirteen (13) in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). If we become aware that such information has been collected, it will be promptly deleted and access terminated.

  2. Student Sitters Must Be 18 or Older.

    All student sitters on the Students Who Sit Platform must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. We do not permit minors to register or provide caregiving services through the Platform.
